Oh, and for all the people deciding not to a one day pass, remember that last year they gave out free expansions to everyone who signed up for FanFaire. That right there is worth the 40 bucks for a day pass.

the lon item is an actual physical booster pack this year.  i think that is neat too, but those are only in the goodie bags and you have to actually go to vegas for them.  I would actually be interested in that as kinda a neat thing, but i dont see how you are going to be trading for them.  not to mention, the stuff is always no drop.

Well, I'm going to FanFaire so I just plan to beg and plead with people there to give me their cards they don't want. According to the LoN website, it's a deck, not a pack, but the FanFaire website calls it a pack. I wish I knew which it was. Still, I'll take it. For all the hate LoN gets, it's actually a pretty fun game.

yeah i want that too lol.  I have really enjoyed LoN since the beta on it and wish they would ship the packs instead of goodie bags heh.

Can you make it so someone that goes can have the option of the FV statue that EQ2 is getting to replace the abomination that is the current statue in the Guild Hall? Haha

I really hope they look at this and change it up, I do not feel they undersand that not all classes even use shields.  Holding off on registering till there is word from a higher up on this.

Not worth changing my registration status over (I am going), but definitely a disappointment.

Would be VERY cool to add to the Guild Fan Faire bonus (besides discount) to give such guilds either a new statue in their hall or some special (heraldic) device for their guild banner/logo.

Disappointing item for EQ for sure.

And that comes from a class which COULD actually use it (doubt I will, doesn't look cool in any way).

Did someone let Merloc out again to design things no one wants? Maybe swap the shield for a roboboar..

these are "toys" so it doesn't need to be useful.  however, the idea of a shield ornament is awful because not every class can use a shield, and it is a mold so you cant move it when you upgrade your shield.  The roboboars were not the best mounts in the game, but they could be used by all and could be upgraded.

What are dual wield classes supposed to with this? I mean, I don't even own a shield... not even one taking up space in my bank. I don't want to own a shield.
