Greetings, all you current and future Al'Kaborians! (Is that right?)

I am TSR-KenC. Though I am dutifully assigned to the EQ Tech Support forums, I'll also be watching over the EQM boards for any issues I may be able to assist with.

We've just recieved a new shipment of account keys, which I can can relay to anyone who wants to get started. That is, until the automated process for flagging account is set back up. In which I'll let you folks know it's back to normal.

There are two methods for obtaining an EQ Mac activation key.

The "Hey, Ken!" Method: Just send a PM my way and ask for a key! Pending I am at the office at the time, I will get a key to you ASAP!

The "Hey, SOE!" Method: Contact us through any of our support lines; such as phones, chats, or E-Mails and request a key! Wait times for these can vary depending on our current work load.

Any other questions regarding this can be relayed to be by new topic or PM. I look forward to seeing you all in Norrath!

 TSR Eryk N.: Unfortunately not as we are having issues with the unique IDs. I suggest contacting us back in a week or so and we should have it sorted.

There may have been a miscommunication as to the status of the keys. Sorry for any confusion! I have responded to your PM though!

Any idea on the turn around for Mac Keys?

I was actually unavailable for the past week! Sorry for the delay on the keys.

Everyone as of now that has requested keys should have recieved them. Let me know through PM otherwise!

Just sent a PM to get an activation key

So I have a new mac mini I bought for ILife etc and just to get used to some mac stuff. I'm curious about this mac server for EQ, and in my spare time want to hit it some on the mac mini. Do I need to buy a new copy of EQ for mac? or is there a download? How do I even remotely get that to work? Can Pm me or Post here, I'll check back!

just got my mac in the mail today ^_^ everything up and running... except eq no key arrrg -_- I sent a PM for a key as well. Thanks =D
