Does every zone have a water area? Pond, Lake, Swamp, River, Stream, Ocean, Sea, etc.

Help me put together a list of them!

Thanks!

LOL What zones dont have water would be shorter SMILEY

Every PC city except Kelethin and Shar Vahl has natural water.  Kitties only have a fountain.

Every zone on Faydwer has water except Crystallos, Greater, and Lesser Faydark.  The zones that fly above Faydwer are also without water.

Every zone on Odus has water.

Every zone on Kunark has water except FM, Burning Woods, Skyfire, Dalnir, VP, Kaesora, and Droga.

I think all of the static zones on Taelosia have water.

I *think* every zone on Luclin has water except the Scarlet Desert and Shar Vahl.

I think every zone on Velious has water except Velks and ToV.

I think every zone on Antonica has water except Lavastorm, Blackfeather Roost, Takish Hiz, and Ashengate.

You're right, none in Ssra I can remember.  There's a lake in The Grey though at the north end of the zone (the skellies that drop the VT key shard for that zone are there)

None in the Netherbian Lair that I can think of.  The Nexus has that flowing black stuff...is that water?

There's water in the well in Halas. The day I started EQ I jumped into it to see what was down there, couldn't get out and had to commit suicide (no gate spell).

Velks has water too. Near the castle there is a water well you go down into and it leads to the kobolds area in the pit.

I don't recall any water in Grieg's End.

Doesn't Ashengate have water way in the back where you find the oozes in that huge cave/pit room at the bottom?

The tubes in Ssraeshza Temple to go up and down floors are sort of water, if that counts.

All depends are these just lil stone ponds one can fish in, or can swim/drown in too? Or see, yet not able to jump in due to zone limits?

No water: from what I remember.

Antonica:

Old East Commons had no water until merging with west to become "no one goes here anymore"

Gorge of King Xorbb

Arena

Rathe Mts. (maybe a turkish bath somewhere I never seen)

GoD:

I know its kinda non static, but you dont need a group to get in Vxed no water here just slugs and rabid doggies.

Velious:

Western Wastes, I know you see a body of water coming out of sirens to the west/and south, but think zone prevents you to get to it. Also water towards the north where we all killed the exiled Ro dude, but forget if you can touch that water as well.

Then again its all snow, water, lol.

PoP had a few zones without water, Plane of Fire, Sol ro Tower, Decay, Terris Thule's lair (nightmare had plenty of water), decay (has rivers of green ooze so could be waterish), time a and b did have water. First part of earth I forget, but I remember council was on an island. BoT tower no water unless you clicked the phallis symbol.

yeah the question needs to be redefined.... but in those tubes, i never seen a breath meter then again i had an enduring breath item by then. But I dont think one could drown in it, and you moved like lightning even if your swim skill was low.

You can definitely drown in those tubes.

There is water in Vxed, in fact it's likely the loudest water in EQ.  The eastern path takes you over a bridge with waterfalls on either side.

I always thought Tipt was loudest. And that bridge looks like tipt.

Western wastes does have water, go West stronghorn can throw you into it.

Tacvi i dont remember having, but Txevu does around mastruq champ

And in ToV the water for Kloi Doken should be lava.

Would assuming the best qualification for water, being a place that you can fish? or a place you can swim. because we would get much differnet answers if we put limitations on them. Such then Ssra temple tubes might or might not count.

There is water in Shar Vahl, there is a pool in the central courtyard.  Shadeweavers Thicket however, I don't recall any water.  And yes Western Wastes has water, went fishing there several times, while foraging for drake eggs.

Koi'Doken is a fish, do you think he swims in lava?

Also I think there's a river in Shadeweaver's Thicket, might be Hollowshade though.

You can go to the water in north part of WW, there is a quest where you must go down off the north edge and onto a boat to talk to the NPC there.

Hate's Fury is zone that could be counted.  It's a the inside of boat, but you don't actually get into any water.

What about Plane of Air(PoP)?  Or Plane of Sky?

There are probably some LDoNs that count.

Actually Ssra does have water all of the tubes are filled with water.  You do get a breath meter and can drown in them.

I don't think Txevu had water in it but then I could be remembering wrong it's been a while since I was in some of the parts of it.  I think a better rule of thumb for the GoD zones would be that most of the outdoor zones had water while the dungeons generally did not.

Dalnir does have water, on the bottom level. However,  it's not deep enough to swim in. (At least for a full sized iksar.) I've never tried fishing in it, though.

Rathe Mountains dosn't have even a pond in it. The poor Frogloks are exiled to a waterless zone.

Won't you think of the poor  Frog tads that have to be raised in jars now because we don't even have a pond to raise em in?
