Re activated and purchased SoD, but am unable to access SoD zones or use Mercs, says expansion not activated(account says otherwise). When I log in the patcher says I own 14 of 15 expansions. Asked a sony rep about this and he said it reads this way because I do not have the Station extras, this despite the fact that I mentioned the patcher says specifically that I dont own SoD(cant purchase it if i  click on that option it brings me to my acct which says I own it lol). So just to verify when you folks who own SoD and not the Station extras log in does it say you own 15 of 15 expansions or 14 of 15. Thank you for your response

Without the station extras, as you call them, you'll see 15/15 expansions on the server list; you will, however, see 15/16 on the station launcher.  I suspect this might be where the CSR was confused about your question.

Thank you for the quick response thats what I thought, does unfortunatly mean I have a serious glitch somewhere as my Account shows I have all the expansions but the launcher doenst seem to understand that, ah the joys of technical issues.

I believe the only time where the Station Launcher will show you as having 16/16 is if you currently pay for the Station Access plan.

As far as I'm aware, it may consider the extra character slots Station Access would give you as a feature/expansion. Though I don't believe it will stay that way.
