A guild mate of mine was bragging about this feature where you can right click on your friend as a group member and click go to and instantly be brought to your friend so you can play together.  The only problem is that, I can't seem to get this to work since I have ProfitUI.

Maybe there is something I am missing, but I do not get the option to "go to" my friend.  Is there a command i can type instead or maybe some help to get this feature working with ProfitUI?  I raid a lot so not having ProfitUI is really not an option.

If there is no command to perform this feature, can it please be considered for implementation?  It's a nice feature.

Regrettably we aren't able to support issues that may come up with using Custom UIs such as the one you're using.

I would recommend, however, heading to the area where you downloaded the Custom UI and see if you can send a message to the UI creator in regards to this. He/she may be able to help!
