What happened to the Gnomeland Security mail box?

Just wondering where it went... I noticed it Missing while on my way to an Island of Mara quest in stemfront... (the zone in being behind the mail box, the mail box being the only wisp for where to go.

Anyone know if this is just a Me thing, or a every zone thing, if it was removed? Or if its just strangely missing and we have to makes up some kind of conspiracy for its missingness.

he didnt say what server he was on , not sure if he 's rolled on a pvp server.

all out of city mailboxes were removed on pvp servers.
