Anyone know of a site with commonly used bruiser macro's? If not, is there a way to put a pause into an ingame macro? 

example....

ability 1

pause so many seconds...

I dont think that is possible to do..

Also, I'm not sure many bruiser use macroes, I know I only have added tells/say messages to my skills, but no REAL macroes..
