Character Erased

Other morning  i had a problem with my first character being erased, so i send a ticket in to get rebuffed.. I got a reply at  10 ish EST time, now i have send to additional tickets just to rebuff and they can't bother to log in or just make it automated like 95% there help ticket replies.. What happend to the days when replies were promt not days and days later, isn't like there is a hugh population years ago and before you reply is weekend i have had them help  7 days a week. Now is always 2-3 times to get a defienate answer not a auto responce with a very lame clueless answer that if you have played this game at all they would be able to answer first time not 2-3 more times.. So are they to busy ?

Customer Service is run in game and they do not interact with the forums. They do their best to keep up with the demand, so your best bet is to wait for a response and see what they can do for you.
