Account bans due to unaware duped item receivers

Ok the story.

I bought 2 green khal gems and a red one last night in FP,for 9 mill,twinkling,firedrop hoop and naggy tank boots.Then i gave one green to a friend.

I fell asleep without login toons off.When i woke up today i got the "you been booted from server by a admin" messege.I try to log on and it says i dont have a account.So i log on a friends account and talk to the guy who i gave one of those green khal gems,he got same problem "you dont have a account".

Now this most likely is because of those gems then that they were duped.I cant log on my account so i dont know the reason behind it and its weekend...there is no support.

R there any TSR's available on these boards?

Did you do the trade with the character named *edit*? Because When i logged on, Felthius messaged me and got the duped gems out of my inventory and gave me back the ones i traded. I was pretty mad, but thankful I didnt get a ban. Im sorry that happened to you. Im sure they will help you, though.

Indeed it was him.

Great that they just ban accounts instead of looking bit in to it.Now i loose a weekend that i payed fee for.I understand they gotta react on the ball but they could at least look where it comes from before banning everyone.

When i log in on this account on boards i get a messege "Duplication post submission" on my screen wat does this mean?
