Couldn't use the /ccr function, as I'm not in game, but I did send three e-mail support requests (As suggested) and have not recieved any information, updates, or anything regarding my account in the last three days. Would be nice to at least get a 'We're still working on it' to note that they're actually doing something to correct the error.
