Just a question, because i'm lazy to find out on my own.

But is the person that recieved the gun not even level 50?

Isn't it a level 50 gun?

Yes and no... well one of them wasn't 50...
I believe there's a screenshot of one of them in a duel using it straight after the contest.

Yes and yes...
Er, the FM-1500 isn't level specified, they should make it so you can only use it as a Machinist imo.

Er, the FM-1500 isn't level specified, they should make it so you can only use it as a Machinist imo.
Oh.. I'm sure I heard the lower level guy say he had to start grinding missions to level up after getting it... fair enough...
