Placing items on the MP?

Trying to put items for sale on the MP. Was told to go to selling tab. Click, Drag then drop. Im doing so and not doing anything. Anybody have any ideas? No im not putting singleton items either.

You've got to pull it from your inventory on the left-- The one that's actually in the marketplace window.

NOpe Nevah! Never bothered with placing items. Just always bought things. Never sold.
