Well went to login today and got the Authenticating Failure. Had a similar problem last month and had to resub even though it should do it automatically. So checked my account and it says next payment is due today (29th). So i thought np i will just resub. So i did and the total amount was £18.99 LESS Discount £18.99 amount due zero. Anyone else had or seen this problem. Tried a different card, same thing. Any help would be great.

I also had an Authentication error earlier today. This just indicates that the Authentication server is or was down.

As for your billing issue, you may want to repost or get a Mod to move this thread to the Account and Billing Issues section in the Support Forums One of the TSR's may be able to help you there.

That "payment minus discount" sounds like the trial period to me... but you'd better seek an official response on this issue.
