Straight up I'd say this looks like a heat issue. Clean your fans, power supply (unlug the computer first), heatsinks and air-vents. Secondly ... How much free space is on your install disk?
If your windows swap file is dynamically sized (the default setting) and you are low on disk space (less than 2 or 3GB... I can't believe that's "drive almost full" these days) when it expands to swap out windows to disk to free up RAM for MxO you may have too little drive space available hence the crashing.
Of course... My video card is getting quite old and often just crashes for no apparent reason. You may just need some new hardware.
