Imagine contacting a CSR in India who has been on a English course (but not really) and explaining to them an issue your having with the game >_<
It would be like contacting my ISP... or my Satalite TV provider, and it is terrible.
"My router is plugged in and the lights say everything is ok and I am getting a connection, but when I open an aplication that uses the internet it says that there is no internet connection"
"Router?"
