This paragraph was interesting.

This story is completely false. We aren't for sale

No idea who made this up. We are in discussions with various companies in India about bringing our games to this growing market but that's it. We aren't for sale.

Imagine contacting a CSR in India who has been on a English course (but not really) and explaining to them an issue your having with the game >_<

It would be like contacting my ISP... or my Satalite TV provider, and it is terrible.

Yeah, he did after a quick re-read but that isn't the first thing you want to hear when your having problems and you have called the people who are supposed to be able to help >_<
