I'm not aware of as much inter-factional drama in the Merv org as that which exists in the Machine organizations, which is what makes our meetings so successful and worthwhile in the first place.
Machines need the meetings to keep from being torn asunder by politics. There's simply NOT as much inter-factional drama in the other Orgs. But if they can use a meeting to help solidify themselves, perhaps it's for the better. I just don't see Brotherhood'z of Zion abiding by any sort of rules, mandates, or Truces. Just as an example.
