Clothes do not buff the "Accuracy" stat as stated in the combat tab. Putting on clothes that say "Accuracy Bonus" does not have any effect on the Combat Tab of your Character info, but the bonuses are still applied somewhere along the line. I just wish I knew exactly where. Speaking of, maybe I can go find a way to ask a dev and settle the 'initiative' question once and for all.

At the bottom of your bonuses tab you should have Viral Accuracy Bonus xx%
that % is added onto your starting viral accuracy..
e.g.
you start with 100 viral accuracy (not displayed to my knowledge)
you have 25% viral accuracy bonus (displayed as Viral Accuracy Bonus in bonuses)
your new viral accuracy is 125 (displayed as Viral Accuracy in bonuses)
you start with 110 viral accuracy (not displayed to my knowledge)
you have 10% viral accuracy bonus (displayed as Viral Accuracy Bonus in bonuses)
your new viral accuracy is 121 (displayed as Viral Accuracy in bonuses)

Most definitely not true as I tested it with melee clothing. Started off with base Melee Acc 140 or so. Added 10% melee acc buff clothing. Checked the tab, Melee Acc stayed at 140.

havent i been saying this for a few months now? add about 7-8 pts to hacker style and 3-6 pts to each lvl 50 title buff upgrade, depending on which one. that wont add much unless you specialise your stats, and if you do, then you SHOULD get nice bonuses, same as anyone in any other class.
one of these days you guys will learn to listen to me.
baseline kfgm accuracy with NO clothes but max stats is +146 i think, id have to check my notes. im still one of the best cr2 hackers and i still cant get it to +140 i believe.. dunno, ill piddle with it again some time.

agreed qalso there are still usless buffs on most of the hacker title buffs and passives like "melee accuracy" and "melee damage"
what kind of hacker will ever use those
???????????

About the only reason for those passive bonuses is to make your debuffs more effective.
