Operatives,
Congratulations are due to The Mega City Dept of Energy for their efficient disposal of hostile Blackwood gang members in Magog. The System would also like to express its appreciation to the other factions involved in the operation: The Collective, MCPD, and Children of the Code, as well as operatives Vinceford and Ag3nt. We remind you that negotiations regarding data exchange with Zion are still ongoing. Efficiently, Agent Gray

The Machine's cant get away with blackmail. To violate the truce will be the total step against Zion, but it will be the first step in removing humanity entirely. The machinist operatives must realise this, or we're already doomed.

First of all, yes the Department of Energy had the most available operatives online at the time of the events in question. This did greatly improve our chances of coming out on top of this operation. However, we'd also planned for this meeting for the privous week before hand, leading to us being available en masse.
Second of all, I think someone will remind the Architect of human nature. While the OWP might himself not beleive in the nature of choice, it is a key component to human mindsets. Maybe the Oracle? Who knows, they dont pay me to set up those kinds of meetings.

Additionally, several of our operatives located areas with a high concentration of Blackwood gang members, and proceeded to "thin out their numbers", netting a good deal of Onyx Rings. At many of these locations, the Blackwoods called for reinforcements, replacing their weaker members (in the ranges of level 8-10) with much tougher opponents (level 48+), and in much thicker numbers.

Even though TAMIE wouldn't accept my rings, I'm not mad. I got to fight with Gray. Always a pleasure. ((Sieges is gonna flip when she finds out she was only inches away from Gray in that pic... And I was there too! ))

"It's not as though they have a choice"? Wrong "choice" of words, Architect. We will not be blackmailed and backed into submitting to your "entirely out of the question" demands. You will not strongarm Zion. Not now, not ever.

". . . but that man can't see past any choices." Quoth the Oracle, referring to the Architect and his prediction that Zion would be destroyed by Midnight if Neo stepped through the door on his right. The Architect is thinking in ways bound only by reason and perfection. That is his purpose. We, on the other hand, are lesser bound by the parameters of perfection and are able to come to a better outcome. Hopefully, we can come to some form of a concordance with the Machines before tensions escalate further. If not, I fear the Architect's original prediction will become truth.
