Exhibit 1

Couple of the darker color Gi's seem to show the white around the Chest, Belt, and lower half of the Gi.

Exhibit 2

Not as bad, but it still shows up on some of the other Gi's aswell

Yeah, that annoys me as well.  The gi textures could definitely use a once over.

Reckon maybe it's a resolution thing?  Like the Gis are being displayed with a lower resolution version of the texture than they should be?

I definitely think that the Gi's need a going over, but I can wait until Rare has sorted the animations he's currently working on (plus a small break from that!) The edges look totally rough against the characters skin as does the female 'Knight' tops, enough so that in certain camer angles you can actually see right through the models...

We don't need Gi's anymore, we need some new cloths for the MA tree that also looks cool. I think running around in a GI today is so 80's. Ninja cloths for F/M the females have the mask, we just need the rest of the set.

The color map texture used by the tinting on the gis is half the resolution of the base texture, so yeah you get jagged edging problems like that. I dunno why they did it that way. ;P

Can it be fixed at all? I know you've had your hands full with the bullettime tweaking and gawd knows what else, so I'm not asking for it to be done for the same update.

It would require hand re-drawing the tinting texture at a higher resolution, which would take some time to do well. That's why I haven't done it yet.

Fair enough, can't ask you to fix everything in MxO in one update!

Hey. While we're on the subject, the male Gi model has a triangular hole in it on the... left? *checks hands* ... Yeah. The left arm. It's up by the elbow. I've always been annoyed by it, since Void's possibly the palest guy in the Matrix - it makes the problem really obvious. If that hole could get fixed, that would be amazing.
