Oooh, nice! Its good to see new animations. Anyone know if these animations existed previously as non player animations? I wonder what level you have to be to use them?

I'm guessing they're previously NPC-only animations. Certainly /mood cold is probably from that gang member by the bridge in Mara, who huddles next to a flaming oil barrel.

Doubtful. Isn't there a Blackwood near the toll booth in Mara that does /cold?
