After I made moved my MxO account to my existing station access account
my EQ2 account as gone nuts. Station Access users get the adventure
packs included. However since the transition my adv packs are gone..
kaput. They don't show up on my account anywhere. I don't even have the
option to purchase them. If I go to the sony store and do try to
purchase it tells me I have them already. Any dev or CS able to help me
out here?

I just looked at my account (because I wanted to see if it effected me) and I still have everything, I just started up SWG to test things out and it works. I would try to contact CS and see what they say.

Termite,

We're not going to be able to talk about account stuff on the forums really for privacy reasons but I'd like for you to try to get in contact with support through our support links http://help.station.sony.com/ . Try getting through in chat since there is a bit less of a wait than through the phones.

Busy day today being Monday and all.

I opened a ticket in EQ2 but they never get in a hurry in there.
/shrug. It's just odd because everything was working fine last night. I
am actually camped in the splitpaw den. I have all my quest items and
my quests but when i go to enter an event it tells me I need the adv
pack.

Termite,

We'll be able to straighten out the issue no worries. You'll just have to break through and get in contact with customer support to get it done.

My apologies for the trouble and enjoy your stay here.

Well support was pretty much non-helpful on this. After finally getting
through on chat and waiting for 30 minutes for the rep I was told to
just open a ticket and wait...  ???   /boggle

I'm sorry you are having this problem but I am glad I am not the only one to have this happen.

Everything looks to have been taken care of this time around. I am at
the office and unable to login to check but my account now shows the
Adventure Packs once again so everything should be ok. I appreciate the
help Joel! Tell The Smed to give you a raise!
