Osterlind has resigned from being a Machine liaison, as shown in your picture.

And you have intell on Neo's body at the machine city? I've never heard anything more then unsubstantiated rumors about the fact. The direct answer we Machinists have recieved is that Neo's body has not been recycled and they are no longer in possession of it.

EDIT: I like the list, but i think it couldn't hurt to bump the text size up a few notches.

This is a great guide: informative, fairly complete and looks good. Should the Machine version of the Morpheus sim be included? Also, the 8 Liaisons not yet represented should step up and provide avatars and a little background or else... people might think you're inactive! No one wants that...

Eventual has one too, but it doesn't give an accurate depiction of his character since it's some bald guy sitting in a red chair facing away looking around (it's a .gif) and he's never made a post on the public forums, so there's no way to obtain an avatar for him.

And... I dunno, I'd just add that I see a lot of bias in your organization depictions. Take no offense, but I see it.
