u need to copy the URL in your case it would be "http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/GUI.jpg"
Click this button when doing a post.
Paste the URL in there.
Click ok and it produces this.

Pretty neat program, WindowBlinds...this is my recent theme, and the dragon is animated with flames..you can change the colour to whatever.
