Hello,

You may want to contact our live chat or phone support regarding this.  They should be able to give you a little more information on the subject.

This is the tech forums, you have a problem for billing. Ron cant help you with this, your going to have to contact SOE's Billing and see what they can do. Look at Ron's sig for the numbers.

I recall that someone else had this problem a while ago and it wasn't something SOE could fix as the problem was with whichever company the card was issued by. So you may want to check with them as well to ensure that the problem isn't on your end.

I had similar issues (I'm in the UK, btw) - until I realised that
I had to pay using the "world pay" link.. worked fine after that !

Hmmm, live chat seems to be closed for over the holidays so you might have to wait until Monday/Tuesday when everyone returns. You can check whether live chat is open or not by clicking this link and if you get a message saying it's closed then you'll have to wait, or if it's open you'll get various drop down boxes to fill in with your problem.

I would recommend waiting, however if you want to try and use the Email support and see if you get a response then click here.

Alternatively you can try calling one of the numbers listed here

Hope you get it sorted.

If your credit card is rejected, but due to system errors, that means
that we were unable to charge your card, because your financial
institution's system reported a general decline and did not provide a
reason.

This is usually experienced on debit cards and some American Express
cards.  They tend to have a significantly higher "fraud
protection" system that freaks out when they see a $1 hold, then an
immediate release, then a full charge immediately afterwards.

The way to fix this is to either use a different credit card or contact
the financial institution and have them authorize all charges from Sony
Station/Sony Online Entertainment.
