The white rooms are reserved for CSR and special team use, only. The only way a player should be in a white room is if s/he is brought there by a CSR or dev team member. Using other means to gain entrance to a white room may result in temporary suspension of account privileges. Continuing to enter a white room after being asked to leave or forcibly removed may result in further action against that player's account.

In other words: Don't go into the white rooms on your own, folks.
