Looking for Photshop experts!!

Alright... I have a picture I absolutely love.. and I want it enhanced... so since I suck at it... I would love to have it enhanced by the great photoshoppers here. I'd really really appreciate it, and the prize is.... having it posted in a story I tend to do, and having it become my new background yay!!
