Greetings to All. At me such problem when I come into game I write nick a name and a surname and I press accept there is a tablet and there is written Server Returned an error: TCP_TIMEDOUT I ask me to help as it is already paid also days vanish.

Your connection goes idle while you make your character - choose what he/she looks like, and choose a name / details. If you take a very long time in the character creation process, you will time out from the server. I'd advise remembering which options you chose, and going through the character creation wizard quickly since you know what to set everything.
If that doesn't work, then there's a problem with your internet connection and I'd post a thread in Technical Support.
