I think that it's an excellent idea to split out the community overview
with the development updates. Some work of the community really deserve
public exposure, and I think a regular featured article with some of
the best ones will give those efforts a better recognition than being
stuffed at the end of an article about totally different things. Since
Walrus can't read all the threads in all the forums, I would also
suggest a way so the community can suggest. I think that the LESIG
could also be in charge of monitoring the forums for finding the gems
in them, giving a better overview of the situation.

Oh and speaking of the LESIG, I also cross fingers that my name is on
that list... I've been waiting since what, may-june, and I still hope
to have a chance being in that group!

Me too, I didn't hear anything when they first contacted people, but
then the project got on hold until now, so I'm hoping I'll get invited!

I'm sure that when the test server is active they will publish detailed
instructions on installing it, but basically it will be a seperate
install of mxo.

Looking forward to LESIG Walrus and all the improvements to come! SMILEY

Excellent update Walrus, even if it has left me nearly drooling for more.

I am excited to see that the LESIG is moving forward, and, like Bonopi,
I do hope there will be space for additional volounteers, as I am
hopeful to be a part of it, especially as you said it would help us
European players, or continental players, in some way (people like
myself)

Aside from that, very good news there Walrus. My congratulations to the
sig comp winners, and my congratulations to the dude with the new baby :smileyhappy:

Apart from lesig i have to say im actually quite dissapointed in this weeks looking glass, hardly any solid info and not addressing any of the big questions floating around on the boards, nothing about email enhancments, nothing about trading in our old hideout drops, nothing on awr...

yeah most of us have different logins now from when monolith ran it. anyway....you can certainly use some input from roleplayers from Vector-Hostile. The LETs/Devs should known for sure how hard it is to interact with players there because they have to play the role of Matrix Characters as well as kindergarden cops.

So consider the interest of the players on Vector that are interested in the LESIG to help moderate some quality Live Events interaction in such a hostile enviroment.

I can't wait for the QA. I will be on there as much as I can be, practice and school permitting. A big "BAH!" to homework. SMILEY

When will others who didn't apply the first time get the chance to
apply again for the LESIG? I know I'm not that active on the forums,
but it'd be a lot of fun to be apart of something like that.

Thanks for the great teaser Walrus... I'm going to go enjoy the game now. SMILEY

Likewise,
I had all kinds of difficulty signing up for LESIG when it was making its first round, and I was never able to get my app. Would also like a solid attemp at joining.

00Zero, our QA characters can be exact copies of our other realm characters. This means the QA will have all the items our live realm RSIs havee SMILEY
