Go there, click on "Ingame support"

And report it.

Should be unlocked for you when they action it, can take anything from 5mins to more than 1hour

As Mephisto said it can take some time. i believe the CSR guys dont work on a weekend which means they should action this tomorrow, but i cant comfirm that

In-game support is normally available over the weekend, it's normally tech/billing support that is only available mon-fri if I remember rightly.

This happened to me before, but what I found out thwat the problem is (Or at least for me). You may be accidently trying to sign in twice, due to the way the patcher logs you in. The actual sign in is delayed a bit and it is quite easy to send another sign in request, which causes the message to appear.

In order to stop it, don't double click on your character name, rather single click the desired character and then hit the "select" button once and then do nothing. It might take about 4-10 seconds(maybe longer if your computer is older) but it will load up just fine.

That odd delay from selecting a character might be your problems.

indeed, the whole double click is geh. I tend to do it alot. now i just use my shortcut to auto select my character
