[9.3.1] Merv mission feedback thread: "Duality"

I haven't even gotten past the first phase yet. (I abort whenever I die so I make sure I can get all mission info there is).

You're so... evil....

EDIT: Whew, beat it after three tries. Sniper ftw. I liked this mission, pretty informative - WITH SOME CHALLENGE - and the second intruder is actually more physically different than just being skinnier than the first! Mostly, I liked just liked all the pretty photo ops with IntruderB (no spoilers for those who haven't done it yet) and the Merv:

Me too usually but I was in a hurry for this one and I just kept going after I had to run outside to catch my breath after almost losing the fight with the headlesseseses! :O I guess I will have to wait for the archive ones to give it another shot SMILEY

We were checking places to see where the Intruder might be, but the first place turned out to be a bluepill that was being attacked by headless guys.. I think! I tried to help him out but I was not ready for the headless guys and ended up having to run SMILEY I'm so sorry bluepill girl! SMILEY Later we did find the Intruder and told him to meet with the Merovingian! The Merv wants to know what is going on with this new Intruder guy!

The Intruder told us his name Halborn and his name Carlyne and that he is after that interface program now too, but has only shown up since Halborn did all the work and is very close to finding it! The Merv said he would help keep Carlyne from getting to it first, then sent me to Malphas! In here with the Twins, he told me that what the Merv is really going to do is work with Carlyne too! I'm sent out to find Carlyne who was excited to see the Merv! They met, and got along great! Carlyne was happy to have the Merv's help! Flood said we'll have to work with them both, and to at least for me, pretend like I know what's going on! SMILEY

I wonder what Carlyne was working on on the computer before I showed up to find him? I peeked at the screen but it just said "Session aborted." :/

Hmm.. If its going with zippy and what he posted.. 20 info says a BIG CLUE is within that said song.. >_<

All right, finally finishing week one...

The first phase was a bit dumb for me, I lagged as I entered the doorway and the mission objective was completed. So I never really got inside.

Anyway, seems like business as usual for the Merv. As Flood said, he definitely likes risks. Halborn or Carlyne could easily incapacitate him if they find out about this.
