Does anyone have the black screen problem with Vista? I'm not sure if it's here it should posted or under the Graphic problems? The black screen comes when i am trying to take a screen puctire using F12 or F11.

I found the solution...thanks!
I'd like to know where we are up to with this issue. Those of us with a Geforce 8 series card are screwed because either we use Windows XP and stay in open areas when we play MXO or use Vista and make do with all the graphical glitches.
Can we get some feedback from the devs on whether this issue of unbearable indoor lag (and it is unbearable) is being looked into and and how high it is on the priority list. Given the fact that MXO becomes prettty much unplayable for those with a Geforce 8 series card I would hope that it would be at the top or at least near to the top of the priority bug list.
I'm not asking for an ETA as I know these are not given out just some assurances that the issue is being looked into, after all the problem first got reported way back in April and it's now October
Im beginning to wonder... Is vista worth the change?
On the MxO side, yes it is worth it. No more indoor lag... and you get used to the graphic glitches.
From all other perspectives... meh..

I've just upgraded to the latest Beta Drivers from nVidia (163.75) and read their update notes. Not ones did it mention anything about MxO. It seems that every other game online or not that has an issue with any nVidia cards (not just the 8000 series) is listed with notes saying whether it is a hardware problem with the cards or software issue with drivers or the games code itself. Despite many people asking them and telling them that there is an issue MxO is not listed in it whatsoever. Does this mean that SoE hasn't contacted nVidia about the issue, because if they have, nVidia isn't taking them very seriously at all.Oh by the way, by all means try out the latest drivers for your own cards, but I doubt they would have fixed the issue...
