aww so how do i get a question answered...

i copy this again. last time,

how would i get a job like yous?

no
joke i want to get into the games industry but how do you guys do
it?... any tips... i would like to use me design skills somewhere. so
any tips for a noob that wants in

Have you sent out any applications? SMILEY

I was helped a lot by some message boards where I could read stuff from
people who were already in the industry. I met some local game people
through that, so I had some contacts, although they didn't end up
getting me my job. I spent several years practice, practice, practicing
my 3d modeling skills until I had a good enough portfolio to get looked
at. A good portfolio is a must, at least for any sort of artist/level
design/graphic design position.

And don't take rejection - or even downright ignoring of your applications - personally. Just keep plodding along!

Speaking of longhorns...when is the /horns emote going to work? And on that same subject, when are the rest of the new emotes that were added a while ago going to work?
