I thought it would be a good idea to delete, now I can't even get the launcher to DL it.
You dont need the Station Launcher to run or patch MxO. go to your install folder for MxO and run the file Launcher.exe.
To do a full scan, launch the file I mentioned above and look for a switch on the launcher on the left hand side of it. It looks like a switch. Turn it on and then log into the game. A full scan take a while so be patient with it.

That thing causes more headaches than it's worth.
I think I will stick to not using it to update, or play the game for that matter.
hm thx for the quick response 9mm but now i have another issues i tryed to reinstall mxo i thought this step going faster .I choosed deinstall game in the Station launcher beta and try to download the game Hm if i choose ." Download FULL game "the Launcher needs 3 sec. from analzying and skipping to the "Start Game button" i tryed to reinstall the launcher too but nothing happend . "> damm i just wanna play ">
If I understand your problem correctly.
If your on Vista try running the game as Admin.
Right click the MxO launcher
Go to properties
Click the compatability tab
Go to the Privilage Level section
Click Run as Administrator
