I dunno how the *!#@ I got this name but is there anyway I can get it changed?

I suggest posting your preferred name as well or you may just find you get something like "IHadAStupidName" SMILEY

Using Real Name
Accidental Misspelling
Using Account Key
Handle Breaks Forum Format
Handle Violates TOS

If you Contact Raijinn Via a PM he will change it once and once only if any of the above has happened. He posted on it ages ago when the forums erupted when some players names was changed. Its on the bottom of this page

One more quick note:

Bumping a thread the way you just did is the fastest way to get your thread locked and your account suspended. (short of flat-out abusing the staff)

Threads are reviewed from oldest to newest by the TSRs. if you BUMP a thread you effectively put yourself at the END of the list

Sorry, I'm new to these threads. I havent been here since 05.

I actually did submit the thread for review by the folks who are able to change names when the thread was first made... guess it takes the system a while to show the new name. /shrug
