Right now i'm a low Lvl 14  operative branching off to the  matial arts where can i  get the best clothes.. is the a  great vendor for that... or would it be better to have some one craft it for me....and is there a way to craft certian qualities into colthing that we just think looks cooler than others...

The best clothing is anything that drops randomly that says + melee damage and Yuki gloves dropped by lvl 15s in Yuki Archive but you have to be lvl 15 to get it.  Vendors dont sell effect clothes so ask a coder if he has any enhanced clothes.  try MatrixArchive.com to get a list of dungean items.
