So last night...on my first time on the QA server, they're was like a box 4 spawn by 9mmfu.d I decided get out my doctor and start healing.,. Well, my heals did like 15-30 points of healing at the most...Please excecuse me if this has already been posted, but we need to increase the value of heals

No it hasint been posted,and its driveing me crazy,allthough i have /bug'd it.

From what someone and I else figured out is that defense scores are soaking up heal's so you can only effectively heal those lower lvl than you

And since youve been running Doc ill ask you,Do you think the tree needs some kind of IS upgrade,its the only patcher tree with out one?

Yeah, I did some experementing with 00Zero last night. I'm level 39, now if I use Restore Health 2.0 (I think this was what I was testing with) on myself, it results in a heal of 150. If I then use this same heal on a level 50 I only heal for 13. When I tested on 00Zero (who IIRC is level 27...) I was able to heal him for 227. A level 40 was 125, a level 42 was 80. It seems like your level-based damage resistance is (on the higher levels) absorbing most of the heal just like it would damage. Clothes don't seem to affect this as taking off all DR clothes I was able to heal 00Zero for the same, and he was able to heal me for the same.

I /bug'd this as well, but it would be nice to get an official word if this is actually a bug, or intentional. I sure hope it's not intentional, as that makes low level patchers almost useless in big fights (like say, when a certian dev spawns a PB4 in Mara C)

This is a bug, which got fixed today and should be in an upcoming patch (possibly not the next patch, but soon).

  Ah.  I was beginning to think there was something wrong with my character.  No one else said anything about healing abilities doing poorly.

Hmm, not sure since Physician's heals have a 4x greater efficiency (Ability HPS/IS Cost) then Trauma Surgeons, along with about half the cast time if I rememeber right.

Still, I'd like to see how heals work after this fix before we start dealing with effeciency.
