Thinking of starting a all Female RSI faction it will be Mechine or Zion I have a few ideahs I would like to talk about with someone who wanted to help run it with me. Classy & Fun pvp to :smileyvery-happy:

There was a All female faction called The Playboy Mansion and there where ok for pvp :smileywink:

If you are considering machines OR zion, why not join the Sirens, they are a very good faction that is for the msot part well respected and mature.  Checking them out won't hurt.  But to answer your question, sure it could work but it is a very trickey business narrowing a faction to only one gender.

Then do it, it won't really hurt ya right? If it fails it fails, if it doesn't it doesn't.  The best way to get members is in game though, as soon as the servers open up that is
