The current version of the Fly in Amber mission (Memento Mori) is set up to only award the mission leader with the final item. As this is a critical mission, everyone on the team will be credited with completing the mission and will not be able to receive the mission again which results in only team leaders ever receiving the reward. We're working on a fix for this right now and will hopefully have it ready for tomorrow's update.
After the update, players who have already run the Memento Mori mission will be able to get it on their critical mission list again. This includes both players who did and did not get the Fly in Amber already. However, since this is a Singleton item, players who have already gotten the reward will not be able to get a new one if they already have a Fly in Amber in their inventories.
We apologize for this issue and will update the game with the fix as soon as we can. In the meantime, you can take the mission solo or as a team leader and get the Fly in Amber or assist other players on the mission and still get the reward once the game is updated with the new Memento Mori mission.
