Im still having problems as well... and Im not dling station launcher :/ It always messes up for me.
Alright, I went into Station Launcher and clicked on "Games" to launch The Matrix Online. After that, I was prompted and asked if I wanted it to download the latest game files.
I agreed, and it launched into a Full System Scan. Once it did that, it patched without a problem and gave me the option to launch the game. I did that, it tried to sign into MxO, then it said "Auth server inaccessible."
I tried to log in again, and it worked. Now I'm in game. Sounds like a real headache to deal with, but think of it as "hacking to broadcast our signal into the Matrix."

Seems the only way to get ingame is to patch thru station launcher. I caved and installed it, got the patch updated and Im now ingame.
