I was asked recently how to do the links I have in my sig, I made a little guide and PMed it. But after looking at it just now, I thought that it would be a waste not to make it public so here it is! (I did a quick search and saw there was already a guide that showed how to add links to pics, but I was asked how to add word links and just added the pic link guide because it is a direct copy and paste of my PM near enough 
)

But you have to change the [ and ] to < and > respectively. And as long as you only change the text I have coloured, it all should work.
