Weirdest 'Loading Character' Bug

Okay, so I was in Stratford farming Gold badges and $info. I kill a Coporate Security and go to attack another one.

It says I'm still in interlock. It's not like bug where you're just stuck there in interlock until you roll out or until the move finishes, it was like, I could run around and stuff, and select the hardline and select NPCs and such...but it said I was still in interlock. Can't use evade, can't jackout, can't teleport, etc.

So I try suiciding. I suicide, reconstruct, and jack back in. Still in "interlock". Lt. Morales and gang aren't spawning, and the nearest place any NPC would attack me is a long way away. So I Ctrl+Alt+Del out of the game, hoping it'll work once I jack back in.

I tried that, and it gets stuck every time I get to the Loading Character screen. Not frozen, but the only thing I can do is Ctrl+Alt+Del out. It's only my characters on Recursion, too; I tried my Syntax alt and it worked fine. It's not this computer, either, because I tried it on a different one and it stopped at Loading Character as well.

It seems quite a few other people have had this problem today, as well as faction tags showing up as, "Scanning...". Anyone know what's going on?

Same here, was doing a mission everything was going fine till i used the elevator for the 3rd phase, cept the door wouldnt open, i used it again and it did, but then i couldnt talk to the mission npc when i got to her. I though...ok...bugged, so i aborted it...except it just got stuck at abortorting with the button greyed out, and nothing happening. Ran outside to head over to a hardline to jackout....wouldnt let me...tried to type /jackout....wouldnt let me...alt+f4'ed out of the game, now ive been getting stuck at "Loading Character". Tried to make a new character just to see if it would work...couldnt get passed making the appearance of the character....

At least i know now its not just me...and i wanna play dammit >.>

I logge dout earlier to have dinner and when I've come backto log back in I can only get as far as the Loading Character part. I had this error earlier and after 2-4 tries I finally got in but I've been tyring for about 30min now and no go.

That is odd. Are you still having this problem? It seems to be some sort of in game bug. You may want to try petitioning to a GM using the /ccr command.
