I really like the idea if fighting in the water, and get very excited at the prospect of an amazing pic of two people fighting in water edited with lots of splashing and stuff ^_^

Hypothesis: After the destruction of the power plant by Niobe, the Machines were never fully able to reconstruct it for the next iteration. The remains of it and elements around its vicinity have been discovered in an isolated construct outside the Matrix. Ta-da!

Hmm... this is definitely looking to be quite large. If it is an isolated construct, I have one issue... the sky. As much as I love the Sati sky, if this is a partially submerged area with broken bridges, smoke spewing smokestacks and a garbage barge, the Sati sky is just completely wrong. The orange and red skies from when Sati went missing, however, would be a perfect fit.
