Well before the Valfreja mask was announced and even before Rare's leaving was announced I had plans to turn Vinia, now that the missus has other things to take up her time (one month to go!), into a redpill overwritten with Valkyrie code (yes, RP was going to be attempted albeit in a limited way.. ) I've got the hair colour (eventually) I got the clothing, I even have the gun, just the rep to go. Problem was if anything actually transpired into a gun fight her combat clothing would have spoilt the image a bit. Getting the Valfreja mask helps in that regard, ok so different face and different hair but hey thats not a bad compromise is it?

This update puts a smile on my face already. Good we got those masks out of the locker Rare, thanks! I for one have been wanting these for quite some time, and frankly I think they are way cooler than the gang bosses for implementation into rp stories.

Hate to rain on the RSI Capture parade but I think anyone looking to farm any specific Daimyo Kunoichi RSI capture is gonna be in for a massive letdown at a 10% drop rate. Really 10% is very unrealistic for these guys. 10% is just fine for 50 or less (Dungeon bosses, Derrick, Ko, Col. Walker) Any RSI capture 50-60 (ie. Valkryja, Antedeluvian, Elite Squad Learder, Sleepwalker Security)... yeah 10% will be a definite challenge but is still reasonable. Rader (70) is doable but will be very hard. I can't speak on Executable (70?) since I've never fought him...I just bought my mask. Nor can I speak on Wright (100) since I already had a decel from before. Although I understand if she drops to half health she suicides so its not like you have to bring her down to 0 health. The Kunoichi start at lvl 83 and goes up from there. This is the hardest thing to farm, the biggest time investment per box, the largest teams required, and the top prize isn't even functional its just cosmetic. The risk/reward on these are horribly askew. Especially considering the massive dropdown in MxO population expected to come reeeealy soon. And people who might be inclinded to farm these before (ie those with multiple accounts who dual and triple-client; are cancelling their 2nd and 3rd accounts like a hot potato. And if you want to buy one? Again if the population collapses, barring a server merge, it'll be hard to find people willing to farm them then sell them....so that they can buy what, exactly? Bottom line if ppl think the end is nigh, I believe that they would rather spend time with their friends rather than farming forever with with you...or for you. Getting a specific Kunoichi mask will be like winning the lottery. Reason I say this is that when I farmed all 48 Neighborhood masks....I think only two dropped on the first try. I had several though that dropped only after 30-40 tries. People think that they'll be pretty much guaranteed a drop after 10 tries or so (at a 10%) drop rate, but this is a classic gambler's fallacy, that if something hasn't hit it is obliged to the more you play. No, its just 10% every time. So, I think the percentages should scale up say 1% or even 0.5% for every level of the NPC after 50. This seems fair to me. And it actually takes into context the actual realities of the game at this moment rather than a "perfect world" scenario.

It's probably too late but any chance another one of the trade-in items could be: - Female Sakura Ninja Mask for Female Sakura Ninja Bandana
- Male Sakura Ninja Bandana for Male Sakura Ninja Mask
It's definitely a much more requested item than a White Area K or Black Patcher Headgear. Well, longest at least.

I agree, but I doubt it will happen.
