Hello, I played in the MxO beta, and stopped playing when the game went live, I've since started playing again, but my beta account no longer exists, I used my SOE account "ionbeams" to create a new character, but despite having a beta key, etc, I have not got the beta rewards (Hyper Jump beta, Official Beta clothes, etc)

To the best of my knowledge when the game transitioned to SOE the beta keys ceased being accepted. They certainly do not provide any way to enter the keys anymore. You may be lucky, if you /ccr this in game and ask the CSRs if it can still be used, but don't count on it.

If it can be entered by them, it will only apply to characters you make after the fact so you may not want to get too attached to your current character until you get a firm answer from them.

If you hadn't done this in the span of time from release until it became SOE then unfortunately, you're probably out of lack. Try contacting in game support and they'll let you know if they can do anything for you.
