Looking for a good Crew/Faction, no org preference...

I'm looking for a crew on vector that's heavy pvp and powerlevelling. I'm looking to get my character to 50 relatively quickly (now at level 12). I really don't care what org, as long it's a cool bunch of individuals who aren't easily offended and like to shoot the proverbial shiznit.

I can also offer webspace and VOIP servers such as teamspeak, etc. I currently run a shoutcast server for a radio station on syntax also that averages about 30 listeners a night. I've got a level 34 over there that I'll continue to work on, but not nearly at the rate that I am my character on vector.

Also, another thing I'd like to do is trade some cash that I have on syntax for some cash on vector to help speed up the process of levelling my character. I've got a good chunk of change on syntax to work with, and would be able to halve the amount and still have more info than I'd know what to do with.

Seriously though, thanks to everyone who's responded. I will post tonight before I hop on. Please send an email to Tuxx0r in-game and give me a meeting point with everyone who's responded. I plan on making a decision about what I'm going to end up doing tonight.

I've never really tried to RP, but it's not something I'm really big on. I'll give it a shot, but I really want to PvP as my main thing.

Keep in mind that I don't have a lot of hardlines and I'm still only level 12. Westview, International, and Downtown are pretty much out of the question unless I have escorts to and from the meeting areas. If I join a merv or machine faction I will need assistance dumping my current zion rep (which is somewhere in the 30's) and getting my merv or machine rep to a decent level.

I'll keep this thread going and hope more factions out there post. I will be contacting the people who have replied already in this thread via PM.
