COTC's leader is Lady3Jane but he migrated to WoW so there is no control over the faction at the moment. The only people left with the tag that are regulars are Luthias and WeaselGirl so I guess you could put them down.

Wehiro asked me to post here. The faction was never disbanded and I know that for a fact. I also know that their are other factions just as inactive.
