Difference between HandgunTactics and RagendCombatTactics

Hello there,

i have different apparels and a green shirt which does 10
Handguntactics and i get as Duelist much higher rolls as with an even
RCT shirt.

So HandgunTactics are specialy for Handguns !

So now comes my question.

All knows that 10 lvl Focus starting at 9 gives 1 RCT.

AFIK is RCT for the Rifle tree and they all give bonus RCT like Duelist gives HandgunTactics.

But FOCUS dont give Submachine or Handgun Tactics, Why ?

Means that a player with full Focus at max playin as Rifel
(expert) ? will ever get more and higher rolls than a even player
playin as Duelist ?

Rifles Master and Rifel Expert gives both RCT if i remember right.

This would also mean a Duelist playin with a 9 RCT shirt against a even
Duelist with a 10 Handguntactics shirt would lose or have the lower
rolls.

What u thinking bout that ?

A Dev statment would be also cool.

All that I know is that a +9 RCT shirt should add to your rolls with
handguns, aswell as submachine guns and rifles (shotguns, sniper
rifles, normal rifles).

A shirt like a +10 handgun tactics is a specialized version of that,
because it only adds to one weapon type and therefore it's slightly
higher.

As he said each "Tactic" such as Hand gun,Rifle or Submachine add to that individual tree. Another thing, Each tree gives a Roll boost to one of the 3 optionable attacks in interlock, Speed,Power or Grab. Granting that, the hand gun tactics only raise your grab rolls and each tree has a attack that sticks out. Kung fu and Smg's boost your speed roll's, Riflemen and Karate boost your Power roll's and Akkido and Duelists boost your grab's roll's. So all in all Rct will gradually boost your rolls all through out, But not as much as a specialized tactic would do to one individual attack.

I think what he's saying is that the rifleman abilities don't add to your rifle tactics, they add to RCT. If that's the case, it's a bug.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think RCT affects rolls in free fire
mode only, not in interlock (where MCT applies). Now
Handgun/Rifle/Burst tactics will apply to all rolls whenever that
weapon is equipped (whether free firing or interlocked).
