We had seen a similar issue in testing, but it was resolved. I'm unsure why it appeared again, but the team is looking into it.
The issue we saw before was a matter of the email headers not displaying--the email was actually there, but a player couldn't see it. If this is the case, then the emails you sent are still on the server, just not visible.
We're looking into the problem and will resolve it as quickly as possible.
