why not implement a code archive meter showing the x/y of how much space you have acctually used, similar to the memory meter in the abilities pane, as it gets annoying when you dont know how much space you have left and then you get the code archive is full message.

It would also be nice if it showed how much space is taken by abilites and items through a colour coding of the bar.
For example Red would indicate abilities, green items and blue as empty space.

nah they cant add much more space because the games code archive size is hard coded.. they had a hard time adding in the style abilites for cr2 and are pushing it at that..

Definitely, that would be a great help to coders. Last time I had the full message, I had to purge all my lower end clothing blocks.

I think it's 500 spaces. Could be wrong there though.

Huh? Code archive has a space limit?

But to be honest this isent something we really need.

If you have never filled your code storage already, you have not yet sufficent previligies to state a comment on this issue unless positive!!! nuff said

Yes there is a limit and yes it is needed. Veteran players, because of MXOs ability to switch abilities instead of having to have a new character to try diffrent trees, will tend to have alot, if not all abilities. Some may be rarely used while others are constantly used. However the point is that these abilities take up alot of space. If you are a coder, this compounds the situation even more. As a coder, you need large amounts of bits and for higher items, red frags. An average green frag takes between 4-8 bits to make and item blocks take 4-9 green frags plus one red frag. Space is further taken up when you code clothing items, weapons, etc. Most blocks ussually have 3 items attached to them and unless your coding for a few people you are going to have a block in your storage for some time. And finally, you have the pandora box items, some of them are uploadable to the loading area which takes up even more space.

In the end, trust me, 496 is not alot and you are likely to cap it several times during the course of your time here.

IT only 496? Dang i mist be running out. /sign again.  We could use a meter or a simple % each time we upload bits.

You have just uploaded to your code archive. You have filled 54% of your code archive already.
