Yes, to Othinn for a code bit 2. He hasn't paid yet so when he pays the little bit and has enough reputation with the Machines, Othinn will be made leader. No alt characters are allowed.
This will automatically guarantee that Othinn will hit level 50, may he decide to claim this faction to become his own.
